India And Russia In Nuclear Deal

BBC (DELHI, INDIA) - Russia will build four nuclear reactors at Kudankulam, India. "Energy security is the most important of the emerging dimensions of our strategic partnership," said Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. Singh also thanked Russia for its help in lifting international restrictions on nuclear cooperation. Russia is already helping India build two nuclear plants.
